At Turath, we take pride in our jewelry and strive to ensure each piece meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please retain all original packaging and reach out with proof of the damage, such as a photo.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items if they are in their original, unused condition and packaging. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note:
- Eligibility: Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale items, custom pieces, and engraved items are non-exchangeable.
- Exchange Process: Contact us to initiate the exchange, and we will guide you through the next steps. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings
- Final sale items
4. Additional Information
- Processing Time: Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection status. Approved exchanges and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds: If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
