Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates and Times
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping within North America (USA & Canada) with a delivery timeframe of 5-7 business days once your order has been processed and shipped.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options at checkout. Express shipping typically arrives within 2-3 business days after processing.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping option.

2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

3. International Shipping
We offer 5-10 business days for standard international shipping. 

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.

5. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the specified timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues or severe weather. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us for assistance.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Turath is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking information. We will do our best to support you in filing a claim if necessary.

7. Additional Information
P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests if the order has not yet been processed.
